Don’t ever judge yourself for doing things to help yourself. I was in a hole for almost 5 years. Lost the love of my life; broke my spine, became addicted to fentanyl; you know the story. It gets better if you believe it can and reach out to someone to get help. Looking back now, I’m at a place where I can be grateful for the bad times because it lets me appreciate the good that much more. Only here to give some hope… It gets better.
