Reminds me of a hairdresser I had years ago. I had been to that salon a few years before and had a really nice and sweet lady do my hair but when I went back to find her to make an appointment to do my hair for my brother's wedding in 2015 I discovered she no longer worked there so I made an appointment with another lady. The day of the wedding came and I went in that morning to find that the hairdresser was not there yet. I called her and she told me she hadn't left home yet because it was raining in her part of the country so I told her(quite nicely because I understood) that I could wait up until a certain time but if it got later than that I would have to leave and go see if I could find another hairdresser to take me in on the spot. The problem was it was my brother's wedding day and I was heading to the wedding the same time as the groom and my parents, if I was late getting home to get ready that would keep everyone back and I couldn't keep my brother back on the day of his wedding! It's his day, not mine. She found herself in the salon on time(meaning she was late but it was before the time I told her I would have to leave) but was clearly pissed and at one point she yelled at me about something. I swear if it wasn't for the fact that trying to find another hairdresser at that point would risk me running late I would have gotten up and walked out but I needed my hair done so I stayed but I vowed I was never going back there. In hindsight she probably just wasn't aware that I needed to be on time or the groom would not be on time, it was a big deal for me to be ready on time. However, I still think that was no excuse for her being upset, she knew I was going to a wedding, she didn't know what my role was in it other than I wasn't the bride and you shouldn't yell at a customer. I think she yelled at me because I sat in the wrong place or something like that, can't remember

but this character is valid tho. she got somone elses’ customer, they came in right before closing, she had plans afterwards and they were being rude to her when it wasn’t her problem

@@yanz766 you know I was kinda wondering about that. In my mind I figured that the customer had somewhere important to be like maybe a job interview or something and they may not have been being rude but maybe even expressing desperation because they didn't want to go in looking shabby or something. They made this appointment with Sandra for that time so it's more Sandra's fault they came in so late but also the salon's fault because as Alexandria's character said, if someone calls in and says they aren't coming, the other hairdressers are responsible for calling that person's clients and letting them know but they just neglected to do that and that's why this person still showed up before closing time. The character was also being rude to the customer even while she was on the phone, but I mean if she was the only one there then who was the client supposed to speak to?

No but srsly hairdresser have got to be one of the meanest ppl out there, even when your nice to them. I just cut my hair now since the salon is soooo expensive and I trim my hair to just get rid of split ends + I have no one to blame but me if my hair is whack
