Body type = metabolism & exercise & diet after these videos caloric deficit, that’s it

Calorie deficit, genes and also if you are insulin resistant already then whatever high carb or sugar you eat will make you gain weight. Bonggil is obviously not insulin resistant meaning he isn't fat so he can burn it rather quickly verses someone who is already overweight.
