It had been a while since I've had sushi with pickled salmon, so I made it 🥰.
This time I topped it with tobiko and mayo shin-tama.
The combination was melt-in-your-mouth delicious, and looking at it made me want to eat it again 🤤.
🍴What we ate :::: Marinated salmon (heat mirin in the microwave, add soy sauce and sesame oil, let cool and marinate the salmon overnight. I used equal amounts of mirin and soy sauce and less sesame oil), sliced fresh eggs with mayo, tobiko, green tea
