I think it’s the headphone mic or the mic might be in the mannequins hair

I believe that the whole mannequin is a mic which is why the sounds get softer as the sound of her hands through the hair does get softer but don’t quote me on this all so I think this is the kind of mannequin they use for back scratching sometimes
