I work for an amazing company. We have our annual Veterans Appreciation Fishing Tournament tomorrow. I work at a Marina. 27 captains have donated their time and their boats to say thank you to many retired military heroes. It is such a great day for us all. Ty for being you 🎉❤

Good question. Costco is a membership-only warehouse club that sells a wide variety of merchandise at lower prices than other retailers. Usually in bulk. Walmart is multinational retail corporation that operates many types of stores, including discount department stores, grocery stores, and hypermarkets, also known as supercenters. Walmart also has warehouse clubs, such as Sam's Club, and eCommerce platforms. The company sells a wide range of products at competitive prices, including groceries, health and wellness products, technology, apparel, and home goods. Target is a somewhat better version and better branded (sometimes sell better quality items) version of Walmart

This is wonderful! I'm a truck driver for a charity organization in Upstate NY and I deliver food to the veterans food pantry. It's sad that the people who are protecting our nation seem to be pushed aside, yet our society feels it's necessary to idolize entertainers.

What is the Ronald McDonald House?

They're a charity organization that helps families in need. They can give them resources, places to stay, food/snacks, necessities in times of crisis. Examples are if someone has a sick child and has to be away from their home state and need help with hotel costs so they can be close to their child. They likely do a lot more than that but that's just what I know of off the top of my head. And the name comes from Ronald McDonald, the clown mascot from McDonald's because that is the company that started the charity.

I'm not trying to come off as a smartass but honestly in America our government doesn't do nearly enough to help anyone and that unfortunately does also include veterans. They do some but it's not enough. Anyone who needs assistance here is usually out of luck. They don't offer a lot of it and there's usually a time limit on all of it. Once it runs out or you don't meet x, y, z requirements it's gone and you're on your own again.
