So I have rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia and it's cold and rainy here in N.C. so needless to say, I am miserable. Meds barely touching my pain and I've already resigned myself to a night of tossing and turning but then... this. Oh thank you, Emma! 💙💜💛

This is pure whisper gold! I have noticed alot of soft spoken ASMR videos being released, and while I understand and respect fully that not everyone has the same taste, or triggers in ASMR, soft spoken videos do nothing for me. So when I saw this was a fully whispered video, my heart leapt for joy! You have one of the best calming, most delightful whispers EVER. Thank you for this video our dearest Emma. Wonderful video, Emma. I’m several hours late watching this, but man was it worth the wait. I had a super busy and stressful day today, so this was just what I needed to help me relax before going to bed. Everything sounded wonderful in this. I especially enjoyed the writing, glass bottle tapping and gentle fabric rustling sounds, as well as the face touching in this, so thank you for including all of those. Lovely video as always. Im so happy we got another quiet whispered video! I love ASMR but recently I've had issues of waking up in the middle of the night and the normal soft spoken asmr I listen to has been too loud to use to fall back asleep with. Skincare nerd in my cannot be silent at the claim that natural essential oils are not irritating. They can in fact be super irritating. They can cause contact dermatitis - an itchy, red rash on the skin, that may also blister or peel. The reaction may not always be immediate, you may not develop symptoms for several hours, or even days. Otherwise good video as always :D

Have you ever thought of taking up hypnotherapy as a career? Because your voice is so relaxing. I work really long hours as a HCA in a hospital and it's always nice to to come back to your channel and just wind down for the day. Best ASMR I've come across!

I'm in college and your video's have been great for helping me deal with the stress that can sometimes come with college life. 💜 Hello my lovely sweet Emma 💜 I hope you’re doing well. I sure needed this after the morning I had today, nothing major happened, just a couple of things that really irritates me while I was helping my mom with her grocery shopping. I’m just glad I’m home now and not dealing with other people. Well my appointment with my neurologist on Monday went really well. I told her that I’m still getting my headaches but they haven’t been as severe like they used to be. Even the frequency of my migraine headaches have dropped and been less severe. So, I’m happy about that. Anyway, thank you so much for another lovely video. You truly are the best! Lots and lots of love from me! 💜😘💕😘💜

Evening Emma, am trying to do plant based but feeling tired on it. Could you do a video on some of your foods and vitamin supplements as you look full of beans ( pardon the pun) and are a good advertisement for vegan.

Good for you! Everyone is different so it’s tricky to advise but I’d definitely do plenty of reading and perhaps visit forums online and ask advice and just go with what feels right for you. I make protein smoothies most days and drink my supergreens. Plenty of hydration, b vits, algae derived omegas, vitamin C. I was never good with dairy anyway but there is a transition period. Good luck on your journey! Perhaps others here would have advice for you too 💜
