I have had insomnia since I was 7 and now I'm 20. I looked up asmr for the first time thinking it was joke and now I can sleep without taking medication! It must relax my brain and help calm me down and make me sleepy. Thank you Glow!

Disagree. You can dislike anything you want for any reason you want. Personally i am so greatful for glow but disliking this specific video is something i can do and i think i should do if i really feel that way. I never liked soft mouth sounds, maybe i want the other videos to stand out more? The other vids are the videos i think is the best in the entire universe of ASMR... Glow is just something else when it comes to her whispering, creativity, careful consideration, prep. before a video with her WELL simply amazing looking outfits and makeup aswell as mics and lighting. For me she isen’t simply there when it comes to soft mouth sounds and maybe wont ever cause i don’t love it the same way i love her other content. I admire her improvement and work put into it though. She seems to understand that some people like mouth sounds. Respect to Sharon

I really enjoy Glow's ASMR. But this video proved to me that these mouth sound triggers are not for me. I think mic scratching and hand movements work best, fortunately Glow has many of those to choose from. I hope this works for many other people though. 😊
