On my worst nights, I've found myself cuddled up in bed, rocking myself back and forth singing some of my favorite songs to help calm me down, focus my emotions, and escape. The idea of soft-spoken singing was what first primed me for ASMR. My grandma used to sing to me when I couldn't sleep as a kid. I'd ask her ""just one more song!" She'd get visibly annoyed lol, but she'd still do it, because she was lovely. Years later I found ASMR and it gave me that same safe, warm tingly feeling, but I never came across the same singing style. I thought it just wouldn't be a thing. Last year, she passed away, on the other side of the country, during Covid. I tried to get all the paperwork exemptions and stuff, but that plus flight delays meant I never got to say goodbye. Thanks for letting me find that space again.

Lauren... You were there for me after a very serious acoustic trauma that left me disoriented for many years. My mental and physical health were on a rapid decline at one point. It's video's like this that helped me appreciate asmr from a different perspective, where I focused on your singing from ear to ear to help me sleep. It's August 1st, 2023... a full moon, and once again I'm just here to listen. I hope my time spent watching you as of late isn't messing with my karma. I always have faith that your videos will provide a comfort, and sometimes they even speak to me.. as I continue this personal journey of healing & self-discovery, this rebuilding of positive routines, this new life of well-being... and a vice I pray is forgivable, towards a certain Fox that resonates with me 🙂 Beautiful voice Friv

My sis always says my choice of music is depressing, but i think sad songs feel comforting on a bad day. Happy songs feel meaningless when the concept of happiness seems so foreign. Some days i just need to allow myself to cry lol.

I don't think you'll read this as this is an old video, but I was suffering an anxiety attack some days ago while trying to sleep. I played this video and, when I heard "Happier tan ever", couldn't stop crying. I don't know what happened, but everything that was triggering my anxiety, just left my body with my tears, and I was able to sleep after that. I don't think I'll ever get to meet you, but I just wanna let you know that you saved me that night, and I'll never stop saying thanks to you. You're an angel

Here I am, just went to sleep at 5 am with the shttiest pair of cable earphones (the first I found) , and I wake up at 7 am hearing Frivvi sing in my ears (one of the earphones' sound coming and going lol) and it just made me cry from how soothed I felt. Never felt so happy sleeping two hours with cables choking me lmao You were literally in my half awake dreams singing

I’ve been listening to this video most nights to go to sleep as a replacement for unhealthy habits. This is one of the most effective relaxing measures I can take. Don’t change what you do. Just keep singing and scratching and kissing… I love it. If you did post an album of things like this to Spotify, you’d be my #1 artist, which might be embarrassing to explain to people, but worth it. I love you and your channel.

I watched this video for the first time almost exactly a year ago from now, it was one of the hardest times of my life. I came back to this video constantly to comfort myself during anxiety attacks and massive depressive episodes and every time without fail I was able to calm down and cheer up a lil. Fast forward a year later and I’m doing so much better than I was then and I’ve been genuinely smiling for the first time in a year and I haven’t needed to watch this video in almost two months and just today KZfaq recommended this video to me again. I still have a lot of work to do, between CPTSD, an anxiety disorder and severe depression caused by old trauma, the worst heartbreak I’ve ever lived through and a gender crisis, it’s a lot to work through, but between therapy and this one video I’ve been able to heal immensely. I didn’t think I’d survive to see the light at the end of this tunnel. Frivi if you’re reading this, thank you so so so so much, you have no idea how much your videos have done for me. You literally saved this lil neurodivergent transfemme’s life and let her see her 20th birthday. I wish nothing but the absolute best for you. 💕

My ex and I broke up just a little over two weeks ago. I live in New Zealand and while this was happening we were in a lockdown so that really messed with me as I was stuck with my Thoughts for awhile. I constantly played happier than ever because it was a song that I felt really portrayed my emotions correctly. Hearing u sing it was like a gift ahah. I’m going back to school tomorrow since lockdowns practically over so now I know I’ll be okay and I’ll be with my friends and everything will be okay again. This is beautiful, I've first found your video like 7 years ago and I've delt with anxiety and panic attacks/ depression and self harm forever I'm 25 now and I just put your videos on whenever I feel alone and scarred. Heya frivi, I know you won't see this but perhaps that's for the best because it's kinda embarrassing 😅 but over the past four or so days I've been dealing with a case of depersonalization and derealization disorder. Nothing has felt real or normal but this video has helped keep me calm in uncertain times. The fact I can listen to you while still writing this is proof to me that it is real, but even if it weren't there's not another voice I'd rather have be made up in my mind. Thank you for all you do 💕

Though it is easy for me being on the outside saying that there is nothing about sharing this that you should feel embarrassed about. These songs helped you, I thank you for sharing them with me, and a little behind why. You Friv, are just amazing. I have been calmed down, and put to sleep (in the best possible way) by you for, what seems like, a long time. I have been mostly quiet, but recently I have been a tad more vocal (in text obviously lol). I'm sure so many that listen to your videos, as well as your streams can all say, Thank you. Thank you for everything you do, and how much of yourself you give to all of us. All in the hopes that you help people in this world. I'm here to say, you have, and you do. You have an amazing soul and you have had very high highs, as well as unfortunate very low lows, since I had found ASMR several years ago and come back to your videos to find peace, and calm my mind and spirit.
