They are very relaxing while I am working and probably for a nap as well. Maybe too chaotic for overnight sleep, but you have plenty of vids for that. :) I do love this approach.

the hardest thing with listening to cham’s videos for sleep is choosing which one because they’re all so good! and then falling asleep so fast bc the sounds are so nice that you gotta watch each video again and again (which I can’t complain about hehe), thank you cham!
