Great video as always. FYI, the Hopi part of the name of the candling is the name of a North America native tribe and has a long O, like in hope, not short like on hop (I grew up out west). However, the Hopi tribe has maintained that ear candling is not and has never been one of their practices. There are various theories about its true origins. Interesting.

Does the Hopi ear candle really help with excessive ear wax? I have a problem with it in my right ear. I’d love to try it. My allergist told me to use Debrox but it’s not working. Just curious.

The warmth alone will help dissolve debris, and then you have the drawing action of the ‘chimney’, a combined treatment which brings harmony to ears, sinuses, in fact the whole face. Not everyone takes to it, but it’s worth a consultation. I'd see your doctor before visiting a therapist, to make check medically before a more natural approach.

Thanks for your question. In my view it could help if the tinnitus is caused by remnants or blockage within the ear canal. However, tinnitus needs much more research as to the cause. It’s my view that a tight cranial system may be causing and exacerbating the vibration and noise. Kore Therapy includes cranial balancing and neck releases that may help remedy these vibrations. See my channel’s Kore Therapy playlist then look out for the neck releases and cranial qi gong which are generally at the end of every Kore therapy session.

While I don’t believe these candles actually do any cleaning of the ear, I’ve had it done once to see what it was about and I like that it’s a relaxing experience. It just doesn’t replace a real cleaning if that’s what the person is after

Point taken. I believe it’s more a balancing of the pressure to the ear canal than a cleaning of the ear.

After a year of not taking a single business day off at all and finally having this weekend be my first days of a months long vacation 🎉🎄, this video was perfect!!!! And so cool to watch/neat to see how this technique helps with ear pressure. So many tingles and is mesmerizing to watch. Sleepy time needed for sure after watching. Again THANK YOU💜💜💜

@@VictoriaSprigg I design electric, gas and telecommunications for commercial and residential development through my own company full time while also working full time at another firm as a consultant (wearing multiple titles, document control manager for an Australian roadway designer... lead replacement program customer response/scheduling team leader for a water and sewer utility company running... as well as a permit manager for the same water and sewer company). Yup it's a lot 😅🤯 mind boggling how I manage it all without losing my marbles.

Yes it was a deliberation whether to go for soft lighting to show how I normally perform evening treatments or whether to add plenty of lighting especially for KZfaq viewing. Most of my other vids are brightly lit. Thanks for your feedback.
