I think it works so well because this is ASMR in one of its most natural states. Organic conversation in a calm and focused manner. Reminds me of when I was a kid and dad would read a book:)

Absolutely one of the best ASMR artists to ever do it. And I've been listening to ASMR before it was even called ASMR. Back then they were called "whispering videos" and the listeners and creators were called "the whispering community" 😂
