Timur, thanks for having Alyona back for us. We admire her skills and excellent therapy. About sleeping with a log under your neck...you can try an intermediate step first. Just take a large bath towel. Fold it in half lengthwise and then tightly roll it up to become log-like. Try sleeping with it under your neck/head area and see if this helps your situation. My chiropractor has recommended this for me and it helps. Good luck! Ciao.
