This video was filmed in Anapa, Krasnodar region. The masseuse's name is Natalia (inst @massageanapa1) and she has 35 years of massage experience. This session included: check up before the massage, head massage, neck, shoulders massage and stretching. During the video Natalia is describing her actions in detail and giving a lot of educational information on what she is doing. This video can be used as a head and neck massage tutorial.

Как профессиональный массажист с огромным стажем хочу выразить восхищение работой мастера. Видно что подход индивидуальный к клиенту, а не замученная схема. Мягкое и глубокое прорабатывание, с плавным переходом от одной группы мышц к другой, классная растяжка. Есть чему поучиться. Спасибо за видео.

You can tell they know their stuff when they mention each muscle that they work and explain just what it is they're doing. Most don't do it because they probably don't know and are just massaging however they feel like. 😧

Are you serious? As a linguist, I can attest that Russian is one of the ugliest, most guttural languages which came into existence. 🙅🏼As are most Eastern European languages. Romanian ( which is based on Latin/Italian) is one of the exceptions.

Timur is not mad at the masseuse. He's trying to point out how irritated he is that people are constantly commenting, "How does he still have issues if he gets regular massages??" I have continual back issues that don't go away with a few massages. It gets better, but muscles get tight and can become more damaged with specific movements.

Repetitive movements are among the worst. People should go experience a proper deep tissue massage, it hurts like hell but god damn does it feel good after.

Скоро Тимур будет приходить к массажистам и с порога самостоятельно все раскладывать: так, есть сколиоз, одна лопатка выше другой, мышцы напряжены и забиты, нога одна чуть короче, позвонки немного торчат. А дальше... В принципе, я и массаж уже сам себе сделаю: "оператор, мотор!!!"
