Why are you whispering at me?!
#ASMR is an acronym commonly used to describe the tingly/buzzing/static sensation associated with certain audio/visual stimulae - often whispering/soft-spoken voice, and other quiet triggers. It's a similar feeling to 'frisson' - the shivers that run up your spine when watching an incredible scene in a film, or really /feeling/ amazing music. It's the best.

I love how "Altas" is an anagram of Atlas but still works so well for a city in the clouds due to its similarity to the latin "altus"/"alta"! It's brilliant!

As a musician and mixing engineer I can really appreciate the time you put into making things sound realistic, from the folly to the EQs applied in places to further sell the illusion. I cannot help wonder if you get the thing where you try so hard at something but when you finish a project you always can go back and say I wish I did this and that could be better. Even though no one else sees what you do.

Go play Bioshock Infinite. It's pretty easy to run on anything, I did it on a 2015 Macbook air with integrated graphics and 4 gbs of ram. It's definitely worth playing.

I was waiting for you to post this. I saw your hype twitter/instagram posts for this one and I knew I had to check this one out. Steampunk is one of my favorite themes and this was fantastic. Loved the effects with the Flintlock and the floating metal gears just covering the microphones was done perfectly. It was like the Super Tailor meets the Upgrade shop meets Choose Your Character but Steampunk. Really tremendous job man, and as always I've got my notebook out taking notes on that amazing lighting/color grading.

The shot composition, soothing colors and tones, atmosphere, and your distinct sense of humor, not to mention the SOUNDS - the layering, effects, and mixture of sounds is perfect. I must say, as a fellow filmmaker and photography enthusiast, this is just an absolute masterpiece of a video. I don’t think there are many people who can fully appreciate just the smallest details in things like, framing, lighting, angles used for effect etc. I usually fall asleep to your videos, but whenever I want to just to be inspired in terms of cinematography, I would always just take a small visit to your channel. One of my favourite videos apart from this one, would definitely be the “Man on a Train” or something like that. And once again, very well done, and keep em’ coming!

Ooh, my week has been MADE! Another amazing upload, perfectly crafted sounds, AND another entry in the world of the Aeronaut! I was hoping for more from that storyline, and this did NOT disappoint. That *_costume_* and the designs of everything are immaculate and gorgeous. Atlas, you always deliver that S Tier content.

I listen to ASMR to sleep but now I'm invested too much for that! A masterpiece as always. The visuals, the audio-triggers, the worldbuilding, perfection! I will take that offer from Spark, thank you, mainly because my slow self would not be able to get out in time anyway and that means I might get to keep my vocal cords xD

I am so invested in the lore on this channel. I tend to go from video to video to find more information and Easter eggs but with this one this is the best I could have found I am intrigued on where the story is going! In the asmr video 'Upgrade Shop there is a weapon of the name 'Flintlocks Battle Axe' which the shop keeper says was first minted in the revolution in Aultis (I think that is how you may spell it sorry?) which I believe would mean something is about to go down. I personally believe we should escape to go find Flintlock because I have a feeling if we stay with Spark we might end up on the wrong side of history. Going to keep looking for more lore because this is getting exciting!!!

As a media student, I am in awe of how much effort you put into your work. From your foley work to your CGI I wouldn't think that you were an ASMRtist! You truly make beautiful art and help people fall asleep, including me! I'm also in love with this world that I've discovered, I'll certainly be watching more videos to see if there's more lore 🤭
