I wonder if you would pick up more sound if you moved the mics to the inner part of your forearms or inner side. The actions that have sound, like the cutting or brushing, are often underneath the hand. Right now the top of the hand is covering up some of the frequencies. The mics are also pointing over the action not at it, which is fine if the mic is Omni not directional. I’m assuming it’s Omni by the way it’s picking up sound. If you test it prior to recording with headphones on as you move the mic placement around, it may prove to be a better positioning for it. Unless you put the mics there because other positionings hinder your movements and cutting performance. Just a thought…that could be wrong. Relaxing video, enjoyed it!

Just discovers your channel. Lovely ASMR sounds with the combing and that awesome scissor sound. But for me, it’s all about the visuals as well as the sound. Could you please position the camera at the 4 or 7 o’clock position, I.e. side/behind position so we can see the cutting at the back and maybe position it so we can see the client’s reflection in the mirror - so we can see how relaxed she’s looking 🙏🏼🙂

Very pretty haircut, but I detest and despise texturizing. Thing I say when I sit down in my hairdressers chair is do not texturize my hair. My niece is the same way and my daughters is the same way.

I prefer talking ASMR videos so this would’ve been great to hear what she’s thinking while cutting. The angle you direct the hair vs angle of scissors, parting, creating volume with how you cut, etc.

The stylists hair sections were to thick and she didn’t seem to know how to layer hair, I found it very painful to watch! I’ve been a hairdresser for 30yrs and have never cut hair this way before.

Why wasn’t the hair blow dried? So we can see the finish look! Your curling it to disguise your terrible haircut! You never spoke one word to each other!!
