Welcome along to the wand shop! Tonight we will be perusing a variety of wands, including a little history into the myth of the eldar wand and perhapsss even a mention of the alchemist and why he refers to it as "king leoric's wand"
I know these mythical style roleplays aren't for everyone but i quite like recording them / making them up as i go along! I am however quite proud of the fact I was able to wax seal a latter :D

ASMR is essentially a made up acronym (Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response ) used to describe that tingly / buzzing feeling you may have experienced in your head or running down your spine. The sensation can be triggered by personal attention, tutorials, sounds etc. If you are discovering "ASMR" videos for the first time, their primary purpose is just to relax and almost always to send the listener to sleep.

That pause was long enough that I actually thought of an explanation that didn’t explicitly defy canon before he finished. (If you officiate a wedding, then you are the one who 'married' the bride and groom.)

@Rach have you seen Moonlight Cottage ASMR’s Ollivander’s video? She actually DOES have tonsssss of wand boxes & all props in her videos are real & incredibly detailed, everything is a real physical object no computerized effects- it’s super impressive

@@Great.Britainy I can’t even begin to imagine the amount of time and money that Moonlight Cottage has spent to create and buy the backgrounds and props for her ASMR. I feel like she probably went into debt for the first year of her channel given how low KZfaq revenue is, and she is probably still trying to break even financially, or has barely made a profit.

@@Leroset hmm I’m not sure, she seems incredibly resourceful & it really is her calling… she was meant to work in cinematography & no doubt will continue to get more attention for her unbelievable self-taught perfection & vision. She seems incredibly simplistic in that she is very humble & caring for all of the pieces she uses….lots of it is family heirlooms or garage sale items she’s dressed up to look the real deal. She has a video where she shows every aspect of how she makes her videos…it’s incredible to see that she literally has done every aspect of film perfectly as well as create unique & beautifully impressive special details. I couldn’t believe how it was a tiny room she completely transformed each time. And so many of the props she’s shown have cost her like 2 euros for a set of French poetry old hardcover crinkled books from 18th century… When I think about the amount of money I spend on makeup or clothes or dumb Amazon trendy things I don’t need in a year I honestly think it’d be nowhere near my total (& they are all special to her & are items she absolutely loves and will continue to reuse as she does with basically every video). She says she doesn’t really own any makeup whatsoever & isn’t someone who needs all kinds of creature comforts I’ve considered to be worth spending the money yet somehow completely non essential(makeup, jewelry, hair products, shoes, decor, tech devices of all kinds, etc lol)

The phoenix, Fawkes, was said to have given the tail feathers for this wand. Well, not exactly given, probably more like the feathers were taken from him. in any case, it is said that whenever you avada kedavra somebody with it, Fawkes appears and beaks you hard in your, well, soft parts in the reverse side of your body, so that the dark wizards using that particular wand displayed the strong preference to wear steel underpants. And this is the brother of the first wand. For some reason, Fawkes beaked the wielder of that wand in the nose when they incanted their daily killing charms, which is why its wielders tended to have extremely short noses.

Oh good, another entry in the alchemist series. Didn't think you'd continue it so soon after the last one, but I ain't complaining. I was a bit surprised to suddenly hear names from Harry Potter getting tossed in, since you've had a fairly original narrative up to this point; but you did introduce the elder wand way back in the third video, so I suppose it isn't too surprising in retrospect. Although that does make me wonder, is this series meant to be set in the Harry Potter world, or are you just pulling elements of that series into the world of the alchemist?
