Many health insurance policies will cover mental health sessions, I would suggest looking into it.

Today was Korean "confessing day" today. It's a stupid day where people confess their feelings to each other cause then the 100th day from this day would be christmas I never really wanted anything from today, I'm not even sure of my sexual orientation yet. But then i found out that a few girls from my class were saying stuff like "would you do it if it was her?" "I bet nobody would even if they had a gun to their faces" about me. I knew we had problems but this really broke me, so I'm here trying to calm myself down. Thank you so much for this free therapy❤

Hurm..that is why in my opinion, people sometimes talk toooooooo wayyyyyy tooooo much. Mostly Unnacessary things. Sometimes you need to learn how to ignore people. I have a very low self confidence and care a lot about how people would think about me and my actions. I'm trying hard not to care about people. Hope this works ㅠ.ㅠ
