Follow my instructions & allow my slow hand movements to make your eyes so heavy 😴 We'll start by taking some deep breaths to slow ourselves down, then do a little focusing exercise, blurring your vision to make you feel sleepier. If you need more of a push to close your eyes, hopefully some screen darkening will help. Rest well!

Oh my gosshhhhh ash this is a masterpiece. I think it’s my favourite one ever. Every single trigger gave me tingles, especially the blurred vision and when the screen went black, the countdown in to blurry and opening our eyes again ahhh heaven. The blurred section is probably my favourite trigger I have ever watched from any asmr video ever, you really blurred it a lot and I have never seen that before, I felt like I was floating 🪶. You are soooo amazing at visual triggers and your whisper is always perfect. The lighting, the aesthetic, the pace, your movements, your whisper.. they are so dreamy and gentle. So many tingles and so much comfort. It’s like being tucked in to bed with a warm hug and feeling so safe. You are so talented and I’m so grateful for this video and for you. Thank you so much💛

i'm hoping this video will help me get my brain to settle down and shut up so I can sleep. My blood sugar dropped twice and my dexcom g7 sensor alerts jostled me awake each time to fix that, oof. I will try remember to comment to this and update later on things. 😅
