Girl, love the historical accuracy in your opening! Rome always had two consuls (as a republic) because they believed it was the best way to check the power of any one individual. So, there might not have been other “consuls” to meet with, but there was certainly at least one other! 0:51

I'm a sucker for history, particular ancient Rome. Fun fact: at its peak the Roman empire spanned from modern day Turkey to modern day England and had a very comprehensive network of roads. Roman citizens could have roots from central Europe, northern Africa, or Spain. Now I know that historical accuracy wasn't the goal, but I can't help but notice a few things. She claims her father is the consul. The position of consul was the executive branch of the Roman government in the days of the republic. There were always two that were elected and they would serve for a year. They had the power to reform and institute new laws. The only real check on their power was themselves as a the consuls could veto one another. Her father's status as consul would mean that she's from an aristocratic family. One with many politicians in it and a lot of wealth build up over the generations. She's wearing simple, but elegant clothes, looks well groomed and seems to live in a rather sizable villa. All in all, pretty good stuff on the surface level.

at first I got it a bit wrong, I understood "traitor from Spain" and somehow my mind flew to a traitor in a dungeon who is cared for by a doctor from the era of knights and kings, (I don't know exactly), it seemed like a interesting idea, I also love your accent, if I may add, I think it would have sounded even better if you tried a stronger Italian accent, but I like your videos a lot, and I really appreciate your work, I hope it's ok , it's just my opinion
