Hi everyone! Tonight's video is unpredictable and fairly fast paced with a variety of different medical triggers including light triggers, measuring, latex gloves, letter tracing, switching focus & more. I am obsessed with ‪@StarlingASMR‬ 's unpredictable medical videos so she definitely was an inspiration for this! Check out her channel if you don't know it already.

A follow my instructions and medical checkup at the same time. Simply brilliant. Your visual triggers are some of the best I've seen. Even your magnifying glass movements were good and that's not an easy trigger to get right.

I don't remember when this genre become my favorite one. It has sub genres like focus, follow, pay attention, do as I say, do on command etc. some makes it softly some makes it bossy, it must be you or Lizi (your channel names are similar also) first time i got tingles from this, so I request every asmrtist this kind of video, but at the end I come back to one of your videos. You are the queen of focus, follow genre :)

one of the things i appreciate most is the way eliza’s instructions prompt you to engage in back and forth eye movement (encouraging REM sleepiness) and soft focus. it’s very clever and works like a charm 🥱

@@ASMREliza I've legit only been listening to this since it came out. Every single night. I need more like this please! Also there's this underrated trigger I've only found in one video: quickly skimming through books or magazines, as when you run over all the pages with your thumb to make them go quickly. If you ever feel like it, a video with quick triggers like that (not just flipping pages) would be AMAZING.

When you had us shut our eyes for the first time and then told us to look ahead, I thought the torch's switch was you snapping your fingers to get us to open our eyes lmao. The sections with you just noticing things were great and this is the first one I've seen that simulates contrast loss so props for that

Thank you for the great ASMR video. Years ago (I didn't know what ASMR was) I went on a date with a woman who talked just as gently and relaxingly as you did. That was a strange experience because on the date I was hypnotized and kept getting tired. My ability to follow the conversation and take part in it was very limited and not very conducive to getting to know each other. And I had no idea what happened there.
