I was about to comment that. Everyone thinks that this guy is very lucky cause he has the "ability" to eat such portions of food and not gain weight. They're wrong. In fact, if this man continues to eat this way sooner or later he'll suffer from cardiovascular diseases (stroke, heart attacks etc) due to all this fat that builds atherosclerotic plaques in his vessels.
