I remember when she first started. She announced her pregnancy and I've never seen any updates on anything. I've always wondered how things turned out. Crazy how I'm seeing this comment today. I eat like that lol and I know how it is to have long nails and be a finger licker lol. I like many ASMRtists but my favorite to watch eat is by far Solfrid. I was a little stressed and now I'm relaxed. Thanks, Solfrid!

Spicy or acidic foods are maybe a heartburn trigger. For me I can’t eat raw onions either. Oily food is almost an instant trigger for me too. Overall, I found relief by not eating within 2 hours of bedtime (or if I do it’s something without any acidity) and by raising my bed/pillow. Elevated head while sleeping helps 😴 I’m sure in your case the baby is making the heartburn due to cravings for foods that could be triggers, the position of the baby and putting pressure on your organs.. hope these suggestions help though. Unfortunately I didn’t get much relief from most antacids, only statins, but those are not safe long term (I took them when I also had an ulcer).

I suffered terrible indigestion and heart burn while pregnant. The best thing you can do is take tums or maalox and it helps soooooo much. It is said that horrible heartburn is from a lot of hair on the baby. I can confirm that as my little girl came out with a beautiful full head of silk hair. It was well worth the months and months of torture. Much love to you and your miracle. 🌹❤️

Hello Solfrid, in the USA we have TUMS for heartburn. Get the equivalent there if you can. I enjoy all of your videos and your sounds are so relaxing to me. As always you are as beautiful in this one as every one of them. I hope I can learn to eat as healthy as you do.

All of us inhale chemicals/strong smells just as strong as nail polish every day when we walk outside and sometimes some of the stuff we inhale is way worse than nail polish. My doctor told me I could drink a glass of wine at night during all 3 of my pregnancies but that doesn't mean I did it lol... Obviously solfrid is well educated from the information she shares during her videos and I am positive she has considered the effects of the nail polish before she ever put it on and if i were her I'd get a little aggravated hearing unwanted advice all the time. She takes care of her body and skin better than anyone I have ever met and I am positive that she's more than capable of doing this pregnancy without any of our advice. I'm not trying to be a jerk to u persae but I am just so tired of people talking to her and about as if she were a child. Yes she's skinny but she has said more than once how many extra calories she has to have to give her baby what it needs so just leave her be. She knows exactly what to do from what I've learned in The past and she looks just fine and healthy to me and I know I hated getting advice while I was pregnant

Omg I had sooo bad heartburn with my son... I wod wake up and cry. The only thing that can help for sure is milk. And I know you're vegan but you could try any other kind of milk maybe it helps the same. ]😘😘
