@@kaseylemonzz ASMR is severely helpful with tinnitus. I have a constant ringing that makes me want to die and it gets worse at night when I’m in a quiet setting. The only relief I get from it is to ignore it or to listen to things that are calming or mask the sound, like white noise, the sound of water and rain, and ASMR. I have hearing loss and I’m hard of hearing in my left ear from an accident I had as a kid. I have trouble listening to people in a crowded restaurant or whispering in my ear next to me because of the decibel in which I’m hearing deprived. I’m not deaf, I just struggle to hear certain words or sounds but I’m not deaf to the point I can’t hear anything. Sound therapy is a huge help.
