I’m back!! And picking up where I left off. Many of you know I took a break, I will do a side channel video soon just catching you all up, but am awaiting reaching my halfway point for my “goal”. I’m trying to lose some weight to reduce my blood sugar and cholesterol, as well as try and reverse intestinal swelling. So far I’ve lost ten pounds and my blood work is looking well, but then had a fibro flare and was down for three days. I rested, and am feeling good again.
Tonight as I stated I wanted to finish, was reviewing your X-rays from the “incident”, and doing some tingly healing treatments for your path to recovery! I hope you enjoy, and am so excited to be back and helping you sleep. Let me know you’re still here below, what have you been up to family? I adore you, love you, with all of my person. X-ray tech here. #2 is a fractured clavicle #3 looks like a gunshot wound to the humerus (or other penetrating wound leaving metal fragments) #4 compression fracture L2

This couldn't be a more perfect time for a Karuna upload; I just scheduled my first appointment to see a psychiatrist in June and I'm a little nervous. This instantly calms my nerves, even though this is for a physical issue. Honestly doctors just make me nervous in general 😬

I have an upcoming Doctors appointment to see about my back where I had an X-ray last year and was diagnosed with oesto arthritis and a slipped disc causing sciatica. I have been suffering for many years now as I am an older person and although it’s only mild, I am still concerned. I do all the right things however, but I had a recent fall so just want to be sure it hasn’t gotten worse. I’m probably due for another X-ray. One of the side effects of getting older.

I myself have some gastrointestinal problems that flare up once in a while. Certain foods upset my stomach like you wouldn't believe, and they are unpredictable. I've been trying to drop a few pounds too, but I saw my prescriber today and she said a side effect of one of my meds is weight gain.
