red light is soooo much easier on the eyes and should actually help you get to sleep more than the regular 'blue light' - do you find it helps?? :)

For me it might depend on ambient temperature. Like if it's hot I want to feel cooler and red is a warm tone. Red symbolizes hunger and desire, that's why you see the color used in restaurants and..red nails, blushing etc and red light districts. Haha. Blue seems more clinical and red seems more therapeutic, AKA Himalayan salt lamp.

Yes, and you are right about blue light. Whilst it is beneficial to our physical and mental health, constant exposure can lead to damage of the retinal cells. Using it for a few minutes here would have been fine but best not to do too much, just incase.

I use 10,000 lux white and blue light every morning for SAD. Increases serotonin but it's not good for sleeping. 💤 Devine ASMR. The red light was perfect. I was crossing my eyes and seeing you with 4 evenly spaced eyes then a bit more and you had 3 eyes. Now that is how to get in touch with the inner child, play silly games.

it's no coincidence that red light helps preserve night vision. primarily why traffic lights are red and brake lights in vehicles are as well. thirty three minutes of tingles from the gorgeous august. ☺️

I know it's probably a great source of anxiety for some people (even in the context of role-play), but I'd love to see a video where you suture a wound, preferably a shoulder wound (that way it's close to the head without being the head, which would maybe be a little too intense). Lots of opportunities for subtle, tingly sounds

Always a pleasure when you upload! I noticed the saturation of the video changes from desaturated at the first half to saturated with colour on the second half. Was that intentional? Great stuff as always!

It was not but I did notice this when editing! I think it's because I had my ISO on auto and maybe after I went close up it readjusted.. Will play around with that 😊

Plump because I eat loads haha but I think it's genetics, I am very lucky. I don't wear make up often, drink tons on water, no caffeine, no alcohol or smoking and lots of fresh air
