Hey are you trying to fall asleep? Reminders Did you brush your teeth?(its okay if you did not but promise me you’ll do it tomorrow) Did you shower(if you didn’t it’s okay you can try to do it tomorrow) Did you get everything ready for tomorrow?(it’s okay if you didn’t you can do it in the morning) Do you have your blankets? Is your phone/whatever you are listening on plugged up? Save the video so if you fall asleep you can find it? Have a good night everyone and tomorrow will be great❤️

Even the title of this asmr video is word salad to get a response because "the best triggers for sleep" is subjective to each person's preferences; There is no set "best", it's just an exaggeration to get views (which is the point of social media). If you really want to talk about someone seeking a response, let's take a look at your comment. Hating on a smaller channel who's just innocently telling their inspiration that they hope to follow in their footsteps. That sounds an awful like you're just fishing for attention, expecting people to agree rather than call you out on your pathetic attempt to cyberbully this small asmrtist. You are a mother. I feel empathy for your child/children who have to deal with your horrid words.
