What is ASMR? (Meaning)
Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response (ASMR) is an experience characterised by a tingling sensation on the skin that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine. The purpose of ASMR is to relax people.

💕some reminders💕 ~turn off autoplay ~ brush your teeth ~ take your medication (if you do) ~wipe off your makeup (if you wear it) ~take out your contacts (if you wear them) ~take off your glasses (if you wear them) ~turn off your light ~plug in your electronics ~drink some water ~set alarms for tomorrow (if needed) ~if you bathe in the evening do so ~change into your pajamas if you’re still in day clothing 💗things to help sleep💗 ~make sure you’re comfortable and warm ~drink some warm tea ~meditate ~mentally end your day so you are ready for tomorrow 💓i love you💓 ~you are worth it! ~you’ve got this! ~i know personally i know nothing of what goes on in your life and i don’t want to force anything on anyone! but i can tell you that you are absolutely worth everything and you deserve to be here! the world wouldn’t be the same without you! 🧃fun fact🧃 ~in Switzerland it’s illegal to own just own guinea pig! since guinea pigs are social animals they’re considered victims of abuse if kept alone!

Here’s some sleep tips if asmr doesn’t work for you 😊 -tell a story to yourself eventually you’ll fall asleep telling the story -hot tea relaxes the body -lavender the scent makes most people sleepy -make a list in your head maybe like your favorite movies this will clear your head of any other thoughts -make sure you’ve done everything you had to do a clear plate is a clear mind -take deep breaths breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth or visa versa And before you go to sleep -check your texts -set your alarm -take any needed meds -turn off auto play -plug up all devices -tell yourself your worth it and your beautiful bc you are
