This might be the best asmr video i’ve ever listened to. Your whispers are incredible and so tingly and the folklore is so fun and fascinating. Scottish words (not sure what the correct/more specific term is) are so tingly to listen to. I have to read more Scottish legends!

For the dialect-heavy story, maybe you could do one video explaining (translating?) the various bits of dialect from the story, then read the story for another video?

Had a tough couple of days but. I can always rely on the best and most comforting, relaxing, sleepiest channel and person ever to make things better by being there and reading Scottish story’s. Well.. this certainly was a real treat. Thank you very much! To be candid with you, this video actually sparked a memory of a very vintage TV program that talked about haunted Scotland. I enjoyed it so much that the romantic tragedy tale stuck with me for these many years. I don't know if you've ever heard of it... it's the story of the Piper of Duntrune.

Wow, that was so moving... most definitely, original Scottish tales, told with an original Scottish accent.. I particularly liked the second one. As you pause it, and add your own comment.. you really drew me into it.. I felt like a kid again, sitting on the floor at your feet. On the edge of suspense and the unknown.. How am I supposed to Sleep, after this? Now, I'm wondering what Witch Water is, and how a maiden can survive a 300' drop from a Rocky Cliff? You had me visualizing the whole scene, Josette! Transporting me to distant, far away lands.. awesome! Please, do more of these stories. I really enjoyed it. Maybe you should read through them once beforehand though.. 😅 Seriously, though, I truly enjoyed it. You're an amazing person. So beautiful. I could watch you read a cookbook! ❤
