I used this company for a heating engineer - never again! Gas Safe had to investigate and got someone else to come and correct the work and finish the job properly. Aspect maintained it was their best Engineer that they had sent initially! Yet Gas Safe has failed his work - we’re not just talking a few oversights/mistakes, but real poor quality/sub-standard work that took a long time and cost over the average hourly rate. One of the managers was rude, defensive and condescending when I tried to resolve it (other members of staff were lovely to be fair). If this company put as much attention into their quality of workmanship as they do their adverts, it would be high quality service. In reality my experience found their adverts to be all window dressing with nothing behind it. Revolutionise for sure, never encountered such poor service. Melissa needs to check what she’s backing.
