I received consciousness awareness that the word incense has a 2 part meaning.... it also means to to be infuriated or to infuriate some one. I no longer burn incense. 😊

I remember reading a letter from a Frenchmen who witnessed the Haiti revolution and the vocabulary and use of figures of speech put the vast majority of modern intellectuals in the shade

It is truly staggering. I realized this because I started writing Poetry a few years ago and began reading the Poets of yesteryear. This became very apparent to me, so I began writing down words that I wasn't familiar with. Also, the Education system is meant to cap off our potential at a young age. Public Education was purchased by Rockefeller, I believe in 1920 ish and the first bill of business was to stop the Trivium and Quadrivium method of gathering information. If you want to undo this diminutive stupor we all find ourselves in, read, write Poems, become Auto Didactic and research Trivium Quadrivium. I began doing some of those examples and my friends have commented on just being in my presence and reading my Poems, they have seen a sharp rise in their vocabularies. Become the change you wish to see, or just complain about it online. The choice is truly ours. Be well

Say Dan, i have the Picatrix translated by some dude named Edmund Kelly. Now is this Kelly a contemporary modern or did he live back in the older times. I first thought it was Edward Kelly the scryer for John Dee.

Hey John. It's from Al-Sufi, Book of the Fixed Stars (Latin Translation), which was a manuscript floating around the court of Alfonso X The Wise (same king who patronized Picatrix, Astromagia, Book of Games, and the Lapidarius of Alfonso). I got the image from the Warburg iconographical database, but it seems to have gone down. I hope that's only temporary... en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Book_of_Fixed_Stars
