Possibly yes, but still.. as Jesko Absolut and as Devel 16 has their own pros / cons. Jesko Absolut has great acceleration, and Devel has a sharp drift radius. Top speed is the same, +- 6km doesn't make difference. Drift speed Absolut can do the same as Devel, when it's gold, and both doesn't need punches / 360 for floating. So there is just drift radius makes difference.
