The Benninghoven RPP 4000 asphalt mixing plant with hot-gas generator is at the core of an ambitious project by Velde in Norway. The RPP 4000 convinced the Norwegians, seeing as no other plant allows for such high recycling rates and has such a reduced emissions output while providing top performance in terms of productivity and quality.
Despite the challenges posed by the Corona pandemic, the plant was built in record time and underlines Velde’s commitment to pioneering new ways in asphalt production: “We are investing in the best technology that we can find in terms of recycling and the environment. The quality assurance process during the entire production process is crucial.”
