By breaking the contact,there is good clerance which makes self cleanable,but in ur video u mentioned that in maxillary 1st premolar we are not breaking cantact becoz of esthetics, I have a doubt is it again susceptible to caries?

Contact is not broken when one has extreme skils, or for esthetic reasons, or for very conservative cavity
