I work on a labor and delivery unit and all babies go through genetic testing and get poked with a needle on their heel to draw blood and our nurses always hate how it makes the babies cry... so I can assure you, you were not the first one to cause her pain mama. Hope that makes you feel a little better

I was taught that the milk we produce within the first few weeks of breastfeeding is a lot different from the milk we produce later. That’s why you are supposed to wait a little bit to start pumping and stacking your milk supply 😊 Another super mind blowing fact to me was that we produce different milk at different times during the day. So it might happen when you feed you baby milk that you pumped in the morning at nighttime that the baby is going to have a hard time to fall asleep because they know it’s the Morning milk 😊 nature is so genius 😍🥰 I’d recommend to make a small note on your stack at what time of the day you pumped to know when to feed 😊

I read that since your body doubles the amount of blood you have when you’re pregnant your body gets back to the normal amount of blood by sweating out the extra fluid at night

You should get a mattress cover that’s water resistant and dust mite/bugs resistant, there are some that help with allergens too. All in all an amazing thing to get so you don’t get your mattress all nasty, that’s the worst since you can’t really clean then :/ usually best to do when the mattress is brand new but better late than never!

We used both of the Swaddles at the same time. Since kyte babies have arm holes. We put the love to dream on first and the kyte baby on top to keep baby warm chicago winters get very cold!!

The Love To Dream Swaddle has a zipper arm option too so that you can transition them to arms out!! My daughter had to have arms up too, and she loved that one! Once she started rolling, we just unzipped one of the arms for a few nights and then unzipped the other! It was a really easy transition, and now she just uses a regular sleep sack like how Cove does!!

Love to dream swaddles come in all different thickness There website explain the TOG and what temperature you should wear what TOG for we use a 2.5 TOG cause it’s abit colder where we live they also have transition swaddles where you can have just one arm out or both arms out and they also have sleep sacks for when they are older I believe x

We used the same swaddle up sack and would just swaddle our baby with a swaddle under the arms and then put the swaddle up sack on. 💕
