This problem is common in air conditioners, and many homeowners face the problem of water dripping from the air conditioner into the room (water dripping), as most of these problems and malfunctions in air conditioning require a lot of assumptions before carrying out the maintenance process, so you must determine your expectations before starting to solve the problem.
1- The water drainage line is blocked
If the drain pipe is clogged with dirt, dust, or mold, water will collect in it and not come out, causing water to back up into the house. The need here is to blow forcefully into the pipe to clean it completely, then turn on the air conditioner and check it again.
Note: The drain pipe is a plastic pipe that connects to the indoor unit of the split air conditioner. It goes outside the house parallel to the copper line that carries cool air from the outdoor unit.

3- The drain pan is damaged or full
The drain pan may become damaged or corroded after several years (10-12 years) of use of the air conditioner. When water falls into this basin, it causes rust, which ends up damaging the drain pan. To solve this problem, the drain pan must be replaced.
Remove the front cover of the air conditioner.
Open the drainage hole in the bottom of the pot and set aside. Locate the filter bowl, and store it away from damp areas.
Wash and dry the leaves well. Use water and a damp cloth to remove any dirt or dust found between the leaf veins.
A dirty air filter causes the air above the evaporator coil to freeze, so the air cools the evaporator coil to the freezing point, so the ice melts and drains excessively, so that the drain pans cannot handle the excess water. If the air filter is washed and cleaned every three months, or according to the recommended ratio, it will be able to drain effectively. Use the conditioner by:
Remove the front indoor unit cover.
Next, remove the filters (after reviewing the compressor user manual).
Wash the filters under running water (using the kitchen tap).
Leave the filters in the air conditioner until they dry and then put them back in.
5- Low coolant level
If there are no other reasons for this, you should check the coolant level. If there is insufficient refrigerant in the AC system, it may cause water to freeze in the evaporator coils. When this happens, the antifreeze will melt, and it will overflow into the drain pan. Then the drops fall out of the chamber. Low refrigerant occurs when refrigerant leaks into the air conditioner, causing the amount of gas to decrease.
Test it using a standard watch for that, or if you don't have one, you need to go to a professional service technician.
