At least if you made it to the house of commons we would have the confidence that you wouldn't mince your words and that you would be able to eloquently address the issues at hand. You would have the vote of all the Muslims regardless of any precieved sectarian lines. I applaud both candidates for being brave enough to make the plung. Allah is Al Muizz the honourer. The political/business class don't care about the injustice, poor/dispossessed. I think if you want to help you have to start a grass roots movement with a Justice Party for everyone. Inner City areas are in a state with foodbanks/no Youth clubs/poverty, rubbish and alienated. I hope the future prospective candidates have a bit of a break and then keep going. It'll mean recruiting an army of volunteers helping the community- knocking every door and only two volunteers per street should be ok. We need to get rid of the drug dealers/elderly abusers/anti social behaviour. I was told the Jews weren't politically active for generations in this country and we haven't been too bad although the internalised racism have hampered us. Unfortunately poor planning/strategy is a weakness in Pakistanis.
