I have the same issue. And I'm not recording. I've verified the game's cache, and reinstalled etc. Still no progress. I can't even move around in-game cos the camera throws me off to the sides

Do you have any recording devices running in the background? if so turn that off like fraps, DX Tory or Shadowplay ,etc

im having the same issue and have disabled everything and even reinstalled over 4 times and verified, i heard if you install the latest drivers is will fix it

my camera wont even move making the game unplayable, my character moves while the camera stays fixed in 1 direction meaning I cant see where tf im going! reload checkpoint, camera still stuck quit memory, camera still stuck quit game/reload. CAMERA STILL STUCK! so not ony is 3 the worst ac game, its not broken and unplayable even worse than the grand theft auto defection trilogy

I found the solution, you have to put right-click the AC3sp.exe, then propeties, then go and find the "Run As An Administrator", yo put it, and it worked for me

Edit, you have to turn off any recording software that should fix your issue
