Captured With Nvidia Shadowplay.
Without recording, the Frame rate higher at about ~3fps more, and no stuttering.
The CPU heavily bottlenecking the GPU at this game.
At low setting the results are similar.
AC Odyssey dont like quad cores... :\

Is it playable? I have I5 6600 + gtx 1070...

It's playable. It's not FPS game, so it's still fine also under 60fps. most of the time the game runs at 50fps~.
