I always thought that the parkour system in Syndicate is very good, it's just that the map doesn't help much because of the buildings that are so tall, straight and separated from block to block. The world is designed to force you to use the rope hook which isn't a bad thing, but it does feel a bit more "simple" compared to Unity.

Syndicate's parkour is so underrated, as it get's overshadowed by the line launcher. I find it to be easier to control here, as in Unity You often will jump or grab onto something you didn't mean to.

Really cool run, I think Syndicate's Parkour system is decent though less dazzling than Unity.

I was always wondering why ppl shit on syndicates parkour cause i thought it was the same as unity, but after replaying both games i see what people mean. Its still good parkour but unity gives way more control

Syndicate makes you work on the basics cuz when I replayed syndicate and then returned to unity my Parkour in unity got improvement

AC Unity should've been the standard for parkour after it's release. Dumb of them to completely disregard it later on.
