I wouldn't say "bad" personally, just drawn out with way too much filler. 30hour game stretched to 80+ hours is whats wrong with modern gaming.

I'm glad for those that didn't like it I was able to buy a used one for 20 bucks a week after it came out , got me through covid . And honestly people that said it's bad was because of how long it is but I like the story how many people's story your a part of not luke the old games

From me Valhalla is the best game ever , i loved everything in it altough I am not the one that is obsessed with vikings, but this game was something else

nope nope nope, i can tell you only played as male eivor. I let the animus choose and it makes so much sense given that eivor is female and havi is male. They should've made it the only possible way. I like to play games how they are supposed to be played

The canon has no bearing on which is better, in this case Femalr Eivor isn't as good as her male counterpart. In Odyssey, both Kassandra and Alexios brought their own game when it came to their personality and performance. I prefer Alexios and acknowledge Kassandra as the canonical protagonist.

Because female Eivor is the canon protagonist. The male version of the character isn't Eivor, but Havi.

At the beginning of the game, you choose what sex to play as and are given 3 options; Male, Female, and Let the Animus Decide. "Let the Animus Decide" is the canon choice, and isn't a randomization feature. It changes what character you play as depending on what part of the game you're playing to represent which memories are being experienced. In England, Norway, and the "Real" World, you play as Eivor who is Female. In the Asgard sequences you play as Male, who is Havi/Odin; Eivor is Female, Havi/Odin is Male. Eivor is called Varinsdottir in letters and notes found in the game, which literally means "Daughter of Varin". And Eivor is a Female in the official Prequel Comics.
