The build is in the first 5 secs of the vid but I wanted to know the order, so thi is my guess 1- rush boots of swiftness or ROA 2- Build whatever u want after that, rabadons for ap and the slowing shield (I forgot the name) for tankiness against fed ad champs

I love Singed, but how do you win your lane? Every time I pick Singed I win at late but I feed at early XD

Against melee champ you have to play your lane very aggressively and keep it warded at all times. 1:55 and minions enter the lane? Stand there outside of enemy tower ready to poison the first wave as it comes. Enemy wants to farm under his tower? Put down a line of poison in front of your minions so he'll get damage in return for farming (and usually ends up not taking the CS because the trade is not worth it) Against ranged champs you're fucked :D
