I have one and I learned quite a bit about how to make the necessary adjustments. There is a lot of misunderstandings on the bottom 2 knurled screws. Some reviewers recommend not tightening these screws, just snug them. These screws have to be tight otherwise black roller will slip and your label will wrinkle or the machine will just growl and jam.

Gonna order one of these, they say it's hard to setup, and that may be the case. But it's still worth it, the machine itself will save (atleast for me) so many hours.

How hard is it to set up and adjust to your bottle and label size? Does it come with instructions? And whats the difference between MT50, ML50 and MY50?

Daniel, we have the mt50 and it is also just firing labels without stopping. It worked fine with the blue labels from supplier in but as soon as we swapped over it is now playing up. We didn't touch anything to do with the laser.

HELLO DANIEL, I have a problem that some of my bottles getting bubbles,evrything is balanced and parallel, I use polypropylene film, do you think that might be the problem? room temp 22 deg c. I clean the bottles with clean towel before every use, and I can't figure out what is causing the problem that drives me nuts. PLEASE HELP...... THANK YOU . ERIC TERRY

Hi Daniel, brilliant video! Thank you for taking the time to help others like myself. Unfortunately I am still struggling with what seems to be a common problem (from reading all the comments). The machine will not stop spinning! It just feeds a continuous feed of label through it even after I lift the arm up.. The only way to stop it is to kill the power switch. I've tried gently moving the little wires in the sensor as per some of the chinese videos but no difference at all. Any help with this would be very much appreciated.

We are having the same problem. When this labeler works, it's great but the adjustments don't seem to stay for longer than 20-30 minutes before things go wrong again. :(

Hey Daniel, I saw you video on the labeller and I was wondering if you could help me. Do you know if there is a certain maximum length other than the distance from rod-tip to laser? You mention that the laser needs to be adjusted. I am not exactly sure how to do that. Can you please elaborate on that? Also, have you ever had you label band rip? Well and last but not least: It seems as if the printer tries to print twice during one turn. Did I adjust a screw the wrong way? Sorry, I know those are many questions, but I hope you can help me out! Best, Max

Hi! I have a DH-241Electric tape coding machine coupled to a mt 50 semi-automatic round bottle labeling machine. The problem is that turning on the machine as a whole produces noise from an audible alarm and I cannot find the error that this alarm noise generates. A little help? Thank you!

Hussa Hamad i had the same problem, how i fixed this i looked inside where the electric board was which is covered by a silver cage i noticed there was a piece rattling around in that cage i bent a side up and i put the piece into where it should have been (it plugged straight back in) then bolted it all back up and it started

Hi Daniel, First of all. Thank you for being so Awesome! I have a question about the labeller. I just came home with the LT-50 and set it up. But the machine is over-labelling the bottles. As in, the machine start to label, then continues past the first label and stop at about halfway through the next label. As if the motor doesn't stop fast enough. To note: 1. The laser works great right out of the box as you suggested. It easily distinguishes label from backing. 2. I didn't set up the roll holder arm assembly. Is there a tensioner on the roll? would that be the problem? Any thoughts or ideas would be much appreciated. Never give up, Jamie

Hi Berky, did you ever find the solution to this specific issue? I'm encountering an identical issue: part of the next label is always 'poking out' further than it should be and attaching to our freshly labelled bottle. No matter what adjustment we make to the laser and label positions it seems that there is always too much of the next label starting to 'poke out'. It's exactly like you describe - the label sensor seems to work fine but the motor itself does not stop quickly enough. Any insight you can share would be amazing. Thanks so much for your time.

@@scotttodd2928 hi Scott, it's been quite a while since I've used this machine. Running off memory, I recall how tension on the label roll played a big part. I believe I had it fed through wrong. Another thing I recall was that the label roll had to go on a spacer (it fits inside the cardboard core of the label roll).

Hi Daniel. We are looking to buy one of these but the ebay listing states that the max label size is just 150x180mm. That doesn't look right to me and we need to apply labels that are 150x190mm. The seller is not a great communicator - are you able to confirm the maximum label size that can be applied with this machine?! Hope you can help. Thanks!

@@sammurphy6876 yes it works well once you get it set just right. It sounds like you need to adjust the sensor that the labels pass through.

Hi Josh, I'm encountering the same issue where part of the next label is always coming out and attaching to our bottle. No matter what adjustment we make to the laser and label positions it seems that there is always too much of the next label starting to 'poke out' past the label blade and getting stuck to the same bottle. If you found a way to correct this issue I'd be very grateful to hear your wisdom as I've been pulling my hair out over it for weeks now! Thanks a million!

what is the length of the label you are able to put on a bottle? 4" or 5"?

Hi there and Helloooooooo! Sorry to hear about your trouble. We can face time Monday afternoon. The lasers need to be pulled inside a little bit to narrow the light beam. Use a section of label torn off your roll to swipe back and forth under the lasers instead of burning through good labels on your roll. Lets talk Monday Face time.
