I love this very much, thank you for sharing! Somehow I wonder if you should get in contact with Disney, a Death Star puzzle would be a commercial hit, I am sure - funding your open source ideas? :)

Okay soooo I do not have a 3D printer. How can I get my hands on this puzzle? I must have it now! Followup if I may, do you intend on doing other celestial bodies of the solar system? I love puzzles and astronomy.

Best bet would be if you had a friend (a good one) with a 3d printer. Having it printed by a commercial service is a little too pricey. I was thinking of doing Mars next.

Martin hat mich vorbeigeschickt. Er meinte, du seist... WTF, deine Geschichten sind großartig! Vertickst du das Puzzle, oder muss ich mir irgend einen Nerd hier in nrw suchen, der das ausdrucken kann?!
