Альфа мопедка и немного отличается, но мопедка хорошая, я несколько лет отъездил на такой 12 лет назад и сейчас на лето думаю взять в магазин ездить, чтоб машину не гонять зря.))

Сборку можно было бы организовать не на бетонном полу , а хотя бы на ДСП настиле . Крашенные детали жалко. На месте маляра , я бы бил по рукам за то что царапают мою работу.

I like how perfectly torqued every single nut and bolt is with that gigantic pneumatic gun, both the bearings in the fork, and the rear shockabsorber that they forgot to tread got the exact right momentum. And the fact that you can get a brand new bike that looks like it is from the 70's, but has more nicks and dings from the factory then a bike used since the 70's, pre-dented fenders and all...

Enjoyed the video but surprised that no Torque specifications were used on Front End , Engine and Transmission assembly. Just put the impact gun on the bolts it and let it rip!

Hero cycles started making the same bikes in India in the 1980s but with a 100cc engine. Hero is now the biggest manufacturer of motorcycles by volume in the world.

I am going to assume any testing of the motorcycle is done elsewhere in the factory or is that left up to the dealership? It saves on having to put gasoline into each machine, a battery (didn't see one put in at the factory), and a quality control department. And it's a great way to learn how the bikes are assembled so you can open your own Galaxy motorcycle repair shop if you get tired of factory work.

Don't worry too much, white people don't buy these motorcycles. We know you college educated privileged white would never build or buy a motorcycle like these ! that's why Harleys costs 20 times the amount . But try to remember that not all people are lucky or blessed like white people to afford a $30,000 dollar motorcycle. so don't worry too much about less fortunate people and enjoy your $8.00 Starbucks coffee.

@@guillermomoore4957 Harleys are junk. It's not about buying over priced bikes. A clapped out battered Japanese bike imported for the same price will last longer than this rubbish. The smart person buys a used japanese bike and avoids brand new indian, chinese etc.

My 16 year old cousin is able to assemble and disassemble his motorcycle, his engine, his electrical system by himself. I have no idea how he does it. I have to admit that it takes brains to do this kind of work.

Si. Pero dista mucho de ser una honda, solo es una vil copia de la Honda con materiales de 3a, y mano de obra mala..igual que las chinas usese y tirese!
