You’ve been cleaning chickens wrong your whole life then, chicken skin is a crucial part to many chicken recipes that are done with skin. Skinning any bird is a crime and shows lack of cooking experience. It’s a lot of work but done right with the proper gear and setup it can be done fast, plus it’s respecting the chicken more by using all of the bird. Not trying to offend I’m just saying, I’m a chef so I had to comment on this one.😬

I get what you are saying but sometimes people like them skinned for health reasons . Everyone is different 😉

That is MC department and he is super into those types of details so I'm sure it was 😉 but not is lithium grease is good grade .-SC

Lithium grease is still mildly toxic and is still questionable to use.

Joe Blow WRONG! Vaseline is not approved for use in food equipment because it's not approved for human consumption. And there are actually many lubricants that are approved in food processing facilities. I've worked 25 years in the industry, so I know what I'm speaking about.
