Shinji's technique is kind of misunderstood. Many people think he doesn't use the brakes at all but in the show you can clearly see him braking as shown when he pulls away at corners. The fact that shinji still used his brakes while you didn't even have any makes your driving all the more impressive

This requires a lot of confidence to approach a corner. One must know precisely at what speed you must stop feeding the throttle, and a great accuracy to know the correct moment when to start turning the wheel. This video gives the sensation to be on rails.

Hey dude, that's some really neat stuff you're delivering to us. I appreciate this content and hopeful that we'll see more of that good vids with various challenges. Speaking about them, i suggest for you to try out left-foot heel'n'toe tech, I would be happy to see if my idea works or not. Like, basically you just press clutch and brake at the same time, doing Senna-like taps on throttle to match revs of wheels and engine.

That drifting into you on the replay is great.

while fujiwara corner entering is super fast, and keisuke corner exit also fast, shinji's driving goes for a medium-fast entry speed, maintaining it through the corner and also having a medium-fast exit

Wow, you'd have to know every turn and sweeper on the course to use that technique effectively. Using the clutch to kill the revs to slow down is the only way i could see doing that irl. It might be slower than breaking but i bet in an attrition battle lasting a few rounds you'd conserve a lot of tire.

Thats awesome~ The trick with this though is balancing this with the minimal Braking. Knowing what sections of the course is faster to use no brakes and what section is faster to use minimal brakes is key. By maximizing both in the proper places you can greatly shave the time off of the overall and probably conserve tires much better this way. Long sweeping corners and those high speed S's the no brake style would be best to carry the most momentum through those kinds of corners without having to slow to much. Where the hairpins and sharper corners the minimal braking would be most efficient. Carrying as much speed in and using as little brake as possible. Mainly using the brakes to just help get the car rotated faster than the no brake on those corners. Their may be faster ways to clear the course yes. But this style of driving is for being smooth and mostly being consistent and efficient. Overall it is best for a drawn out battle. As your tires and brakes will be far less overused than someone who's on their equipment harder trying to be as fast as possible. If you utilize your equipment and techniques in the right spot you should be able to keep up with almost anyone without really having to push it. Thus giving you an advantage to capitalize on their mistake or push to another run where you can really go hard and have more equipment left than they do.

何かみんな勘違いしてるようだけど、ノーブレーキ走法はあくまでも信司の速さの原点なだけで、実際速く走るときはノーブレーキではない。 母親を気遣ってなるべくスムーズに走ってきた結果、一番車に負担の掛からないほぼ無駄のない走り方が身に付き、無駄がないといことはそれだけロスが少なく、信司の速さの基盤になった。 拓海がコップに水を入れてこぼさないように走っているうちに過重移動の達人になったように、信司もノーブレーキ走法をしてるうちに(椿ラインでのみ)無駄のない走りができるようになった。 ただし信司の場合のノーブレーキ走法は100％分かりきった場所でしか通用しないため完全地元特化でしかなかったため、拓海とのバトル後にこの経験とノウハウを活かして他でも通用する速さを目指すようになるというお話。

其實信司的無剎車跑法只是他媽媽的一種說法表示，實際上在比賽時還是有使用到剎車減速的，正確來說應該是由於對路線的熟悉度達到超乎常人地步，所以可以在樁線上使用在賽道上的GRIP極限跑法，跟一般車手都會使用的Drift極限跑法有著更快的過彎。由於信司跑法上以盡量不剎車減速來達到目的，所以需要找出最滑順的路線跑法，也會自然提升彎速以及更佳的輪胎損耗控制。 想起以前跑賽車的朋友曾經說過：過彎順，自然就快，先求順在求快。

I spent this whole video trying to figure out the method only to find out that you literally have to abuse the clutch to slow down enough for the corners.

ナンセンスかもしれないが、実際やってみると学べる事が多い気がします。 絶対的スピードは落ちるが、ラインや進入速度、路面の状態など全開の時より得る物が多いので、涼介が啓介に指示した練習方に通じている気もします。

シンジの走りは厳密に言うと「どれだけブレーキを使わないで走れるか」というゲーム感覚での走りだったし、拓海とのバトルでもブレーキ使ってた事は確かだろう 拓海曰く「ブレーキングは甘いが、全体の繫がりが速い」と台詞が飛んでる事からそれが伺える シンジが速いのは小学校高学年から椿ラインを走ってる故にコースのギャップ(段差)や道幅、全てのコーナーの特徴等を完全に熟知している事、ノーブレーキ走法というタイヤに負担がかからない走りは逆にタイヤに負担がかかるドリフト走法がメインの拓海を後半に追い詰める等、様々な要素がある それでも拓海が勝てたのはシンジはこの一戦が公道レースのデビュー戦だった為、場数を踏んだ拓海とのドッグファイトの経験値の差が大きいと言える

Using clutch has many disadvantages. Such as slow corner exit because the car went understeer , no traction at corner apex, and stalled when downshifting. The advantages are same speed as long as corner entry and saving more front tires grip. Half clutching is a good way to do because it almost the same as braking.

人は車酔いを起こすと寝る場合もあります もしかしたら・・・隣で寝てる方は激しいGで酔ってしまっているのかもｗ 曲が湾岸だったりって突っ込みも散見するのですが 聞こえてくるエキゾーストノートと相俟って格好良く仕上がってますね ブレーキを使用しない走行の場合、コーナーを曲がり切れるギリギリまでの加速に抑える事になるので どうしてもフルブレーキからの荷重移動を多用した走法より遅くなりますが それでも、これだけ再現した主さん凄いですね

I used to use my opponents cars as brakes in GT5 Sunday Cup Autumn Ring Mini and that would get me to third and then I would pass the other 2 with an S15.

無煞車因為無法像正常跑法高速入彎，再加上過彎速度並沒有比正常跑法來的高很多，這兩者+直線上的速度差距沒辦法彌補回來，不過信司並不是完全無煞車，而是儘量減少次數，所以才會比正常跑法快
