My mother use to work as a Assistant Chief Administrator for my town of 10k people.. she worked with the town for 25 years starting in Office Reception at the age of 21 and worked her way up the ladder to her Assistant Administrator position, she also went to school part/time and online while she worked and eventually got her MPA degree, she retired for 3 years helping me with my kids, now she's the ED for the social services administration board, but anyway thank you for your video, I always wondered what my mother did daily at her job, its probably not overwhelming as your responsibilities but still lol.
