They understeer more than the unmodified `д')9 I love the current Porsche physics but I just like to suffer you know... and they are a few cars that will oversteer on braking like realistically... so maybe if you don't need them, give them to me.... (I am joking) ^v^

@@pricklypear300 Thanks, also, this test was basically a low power steering setting. I usually only drive 100 power steering and 4 wheel drive so I didn't enjoy this one 😭. I probably would have enjoyed it if I had to recreate it in the free room, the time limit drives me crazy and makes me rush.

Oh no.. dont do that to yourself over a game. If there is any advice I can add, don't shift down to 1st gear. Maintain 2nd on the tight corners. And be smooth as possible while trying to be quick as possible. And there is a channel named Kostass, it has a very good, comprehensive tutorial on every tests. Go check it out.

I would say yes, because it's ultimately about how much power you put down to go forward, rather than sideways. So... train with RWD. 1980s Eunos Roadster. Get that one from dealership. Don't bother upgrading it. Or... bother to do it if you want. Fit a set of gravel tyre up front and keep the streets on the rear. Front 10 and rear 45 psi. Now you have a 125hp mini Ruf CTR simulator that will lift off oversteer on every corner. Yellowbird challenge used to not have steering assist % bar, so it's much easier now. You can do it.

@@pricklypear300 Thanks for the response. I already have the Eunos Roadaster/Miata NA it is one of my first cars and unfortunately, it's not bone stock. I don't think I can do it. I can't even finish the **amateur** drift points (career mode).

​@@metalpipe-739 it's alright! You can practice with more power or not. It's suspension tuning in the end. And for the Yellobird, it's about how to minimize the drift while entering the corner and on the way out, both. It's opposite of drift points. You should struggle to not drift, and the car will sort you in and out of the corner. Ruf CTR's handling here is made so you have to accelerate to gain a bit more rear grip? I like them both too. RSR is a very agile and smooth driving car... I think M6 is a bit more conservative and understeer prone but I think they'll all have uses. btw if you can't improve more on my vid, check out this channel named Kostass, they did a vastly more detailed tutorial vid on doing 100% on advanced license test. And a Japanese channel called ARTube - あるチューブ featured that player zonda who's always at the top of the leaderboard, they did advanced test 10 and that is way better than mine. 7:20 something. Best I could do is high 7:30s. They are legendary.

There is engine upgrade but I chose not to disclose what the upgrade is. Maybe somebody else will do a review but I personally didn't want to spoil it for ppl who did 100% on the tests.

That's a good question. I am thinking of several reasons why you would feel that way. Might be one of these, or combination of. I have given a lot of thought about this. First I think in any games, players tend to abuse their cars. I do as well. We aren't really aware of the true stress or Gs that we would be putting these cars under if this was real life? So part of how they misbehave might be the result of that. The devs aren't completely ignoring realism. To the contrary in fact. I can see the devs have shifted their focus to "realism" instead of sheet numbers, because they fixed the RX7 FD, CTR, and made several other cars like GT2 RS to match their exact performances as they appeared on tarmac, not paper. Part of their effort is this oversteery RRs they came up with, in my opinion. Sure enough, old 930s of early 1980s reviewed by car magazines like Car and Driver, said that "it was only for expert drivers" because they tried to oversteer when they so much as thought about trying to lift off mid corner. Somewhere between early to mid 1980s, that problem was more or less alleviated(not solved). Yes it feels horrible, but that's how most of us drive in games. We overspeed, turn in while braking & tap the brakes mid corners(both huge nono on old Porsches as far as I know) lead foot on throttle, steer violently and abruptly, go full Senna and staccato throttle like we know anything about car control, all of these exacerbated by the fact that we play on a small, cramped mobile devices. If anything, the game is actually being generous by not making us crash all the time. Second It might be that these oversteery characteristics of RRs(and Carrera GT but it is not as prominent) are a little bit exaggerated because they aren't really finished or based on actual weight transfer? I experimented with a lot of FR cars and they are also not nearly close to how real cars behave under braking. In fact almost none of the cars in AR behaves like they should when put under harsh Gs and excessive steering manoeuvres. FFs and AWDs have some of that, but they also aren't so harsh as real life stuff. When I managed to make the FRs oversteer on harsh trailbraking, a lot of them oversteered on high speed turns while on throttle, when actually they should be understeering. I am thinking that similar thing is happening to RRs, in that their grip levels are dictating how they behave? It's really complicated to explain this in words though. I got a couple of info about what seems to be happening regarding the programming on these RR cars, but I don't think I am supposed to talk about that, or that I can verify it as 100% true. In any case, I don't want to be the clown that embarrassed everyone by talking too much, including myself. Third You are actually right. It might not be close to real life because of things I already mentioned above like, mobile devices not giving us the subtle control needed, and the experimental nature of the RR programming by AR devs. But since we all haven't driven this RR ourselves(in case of Yellowbird 29 + uncertain numbers made), what is the "reality" we base our judgement on? It might be onboard footage, testimonies of people who drove them, or video of someone driving an Assetto Corsa mod or Gran Turismo thing. The latter isn't so reliable(although I know that Assoluto Racing's RR feels somewhat similar to how they behave in these games) because who knows what they changed in terms of setup in that game... so, I looked up the words of real people who drove real 930(see above) and Ruf CTR, and in the case of Ruf CTR, all of them were agreeing on that Yellowbird is a very smooth driving, agile, fun car to drive with none of the "turbo lag" it is renowned for, and surprisingly "easy" to drive. Now, "easy" they said. Did they push their Yellowbirds to the extent that we push this car in Assoluto Racing or other games? Probably not. Their risks are real, they can unalive themselves if they're not careful, so I'm certain they were driving like how good drivers do: brake while keeping the steering straight like a brainwashed Evangelical Christian, just a hint of trailbraking if they feel extra brave, smooth and undramatic steering input, and slow, gradual throttle increase going out of the corner. Another onboard footage of Yellowbird I found was doing exactly that. It looked boring. Very genteel. But what is also true is that the famous Yellowbird video with Stefan Roser at the wheel, is also very real. It can be an axe swinging serial killer if you mistreat it. Also, Yellowbirds were very likely tailor made cars, they don't just sell Ctrl C+V'd cars when they charge 140 grand, 1987 money for a 200+mph death box. They will ask you, the customer, whether you know what you're doing and then what you're going to do with the car, and then setup the car according to your answers. And depending on what they felt like doing, the owners could have changed the setups afterwards. Who knows. The 930s whose onboard videos you can find might have gone through similar treatment. So "reality" is very flexible. It can change depending on where you stand or what you do. All you can do is approximate what you think is real and get along with it. In fact, I am planning to give my own CTR in Assoluto Racing worse tires in front, just like I did to my 930 so it will be more compliant and less oversteery. It will be my version of "realistic" CTR. Maybe if you have one, you can try it too.

You mean Supra? I don't have a clue. Ask the devs why it isn't a S+ class ride... It certainly is a bland car to drive in stock form. You have to give it a massive power upgrade to feel something. And it depends on what classifies as understeer... if you drove this very car in real life it would be a good enough car that points and shoots but... because this is a game.... :/
