Would you recommend to use the hb1 with full size headphones like the Arya Organic? Or would you recommend to use a more powerful amp like the gryphon or the mojo 2?

Would the 2 and 2.5 ohms of output impedance causes issues? My Hyla CE-5 IEM has 8.9 ohms of impedance, does this mean it won't be a good match?

It was a very good video. First of all, thank you. I wanted to ask, since they are in the same price range, would you recommend IFI HIB-DAC 3 or AK HB1?

For simplicity's sake - or if you like the warmer iFi sound - I might go with hip-dac 3, but AK HB1 has better detail retrieval and more features that give it an edge.

I haven't tested anything in that general family out with the HB1. My guess is that it would be pretty solid, but it would be pretty close to tapped out if you listen pretty loud, but okay if you want the extra headroom, but listen at more moderate volumes.

As far as I am aware iFi Go Blue has a microphone to reply to calls. What about AK HB1?

This does as well. And it seems compared to other similar devices they actually put some effort into the mic features.

My only issue with this device is that there doesn't seem to be a case for it available that has a clip to allow you to put it on in your shirt for mic use and taking calls/meetings like all other similar devices of this form factor.

GO blue has a little more juice than HB1. I didn't find them to be noticeably different in my tests, but on paper, Go Blu has about 20% more power.

I didn't do an extended A/B with the 5k, but to me the HB1 had better detail and didn't seem as compressed at the full extension of each range: deep bass and upper treble. HB1 also had the advantage with over-ear headphones, but the 5k's app remains stronger.
